Vinyl Master Assembly
This service consists in preparing the programme intended for vinyl pressing from already mastered tracks, ensuring side assembly and master organisation in accordance with the constraints specific to the format. It takes into account side length, track sequencing, spacing and the overall coherence of the programme in order to optimise feasibility and balance.
The objective is to deliver a clear, well-structured and technically coherent vinyl master, ready to be sent for the cutting stage while preserving listening continuity and the artistic intent of the project.
This service includes
- Pre-assembly assessment of the programme intended for vinyl. We review side length, track order, spacing and overall coherence in order to prepare an assembly suited for pressing.
- Side assembly and sequencing
- Optimisation of transitions and spacing
- Verification of vinyl-specific constraints
- Delivery of one 96 kHz / 24-bit WAV file per side
- Provision of a PQ sheet for the cutting engineer. This document includes the instructions required for the preparation of the cutting master.
